Join our People team to grow Watsons store talent pipeline and bring our employer brand to life.

Salary: Up to VND 30,000,000 gross/month

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

Location: 14th Floor, Block B, Viettel Building, 285 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Hoa Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Mass Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment for store positions, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and onboarding coordination.

Work closely with Operations and Store Managers to understand hiring needs, prioritize vacancies and track recruitment progress.

Build candidate pipelines through job platforms, social media, employee referrals, school partnerships and recruitment events.

Monitor hiring results, channel effectiveness and candidate conversion to improve recruitment speed and quality.

Deliver a responsive, consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Employer Branding

Plan and create recruitment content that reflects Watsons culture, people and career opportunities.

Manage recruitment communication across social media and other candidate touchpoints.

Coordinate employee stories, recruitment campaigns and career events to attract relevant talent.

Track content performance and turn candidate insights into practical improvements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Hands-on experience in mass recruitment, preferably within retail, F&B or businesses with multiple locations.

Experience creating employer branding content and managing recruitment channels.

Strong stakeholder coordination, communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and use recruitment data to guide priorities.

A proactive, creative approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.
