Position : People Development Expert

Working Place : Ho Chi Minh City

Main Responsibilities:

Develop strategies for workforce development in alignment with the business growth strategy (10%).

Plan, design, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of capability development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring (30%).

Establish and execute succession planning programs (30%).

Build and implement policies to attract, motivate, and engage employees (20%).

Promote organizational culture and a culture of continuous learning (10%).

Technical and Experienced Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields (preferably in port operations and logistics).

Experience & Knowledge: Minimum of 5 years experience in workforce/people development at a corporate group of similar scale.

Skills:

Strong ability to understand and connect with people.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Strategic and systemic thinking.

Planning and time management.

Proficiency in English (all skills).

Attitude:

Passionate and enthusiastic about people development.

Self-motivated and disciplined.
