Job Description:
1.Training and Human Resource Development Planning
- Assess and analyze training needs from departments and consolidate them into an annual training plan.
- Collaborate with unit leaders to develop succession personnel development programs and professional competency frameworks.
- Research and update new training trends and methods for suitable application.
- Advise the Director on training development directions and create effective training programs.
- Prepare an annual training plan aligned with business objectives and the company&aposs human resource development strategy.
2.Training Program Implementation and Supervision
- Organize and monitor the execution of training programs according to the approved plan and competency frameworks.
- Conduct onboarding training for new employees and periodic retraining for existing staff.
- Develop and update the training matrix; adjust content to reflect actual situations and management requirements.
- Innovate training programs, create educational materials using technology, and deliver training/coaching sessions when necessary.
- Establish policies, procedures, and guidelines related to training.
- Develop assessment tools based on behavioral competency frameworks to nurture the succession team.
3.Training Partner Management
- Select, evaluate, and manage internal and external training service providers.
- Develop external collaborative training programs, build e-learning channels, and encourage employees to engage in self-learning.
- Maintain relationships with strategic partners to diversify training resources.
4.Training Effectiveness Monitoring and Evaluation
- Establish and update training quality measurement systems, including both programs and instructors.
- Prepare regular reports on training results for direct management.
- Improve training reporting systems within the HR management platform.
- Cooperate to evaluate teaching quality and employees learning outcomes after training.
5.Training Policy Development and Management
- Draft, implement, and supervise policies, regulations, and training procedures company-wide.
- Monitor and assess policy implementation across departments.
- Manage the training budget, allocate detailed expenditures to activities, optimize costs while ensuring quality.
- Update and adjust training policies following Board directives and practical requirements.
Requirements
- Effective communication, flexible problem-solving, and proactive networking skills.
- Proficient in office tools and human resource management systems.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and coordinate across departments.
- Personnel management and training skills for subordinates.
- Good command of English.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. Experience with E-Learning and implementing competency assessment programs is required.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in trading, import-export, or FMCG companies.
