Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our team at TCG Land. This role is responsible for creating value by proposing strategic training and talent development solutions for both TCG Land and The Five brand. You&aposll manage the entire training function, develop high-quality personnel, and establish a data system for training and evaluating results.
Responsibilities:
- Training Management: You will coordinate with the Director of Human Resources to build a comprehensive training management system, including regulations, processes, and learning tools. This also includes organizing training needs assessments, creating annual training plans, and managing the training budget.
- E-learning/LMS: You will oversee the development and management of our online learning system. This involves managing the platform, developing a digital learning library, and implementing blended learning programs.
- Talent Development: You will plan and develop a succession team for the entire system. You&aposll also manage talent development programs, career paths, and mentoring/coaching.
- Culture & Engagement: You will help build an engaging corporate culture that aligns with the company&aposs mission and vision. This includes working with the Director of Human Resources to propose and implement cultural and engagement goals and activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a similar position.
- Skills: Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills are essential. You should also be proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of corporate training and culture development. You should also stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and apply it creatively to training and development activities.
