Job Description

The People Development & Employer Branding Officer will play a dual role: driving employer branding and Management Trainee recruitment of Crystal International in Vietnam, while supporting learning and talent development at the factory where youre based.

You will help run branding campaigns, manage recruitment events and social media, and ensure a great candidate experience. At the same time, you will coordinate training programs, e-learning, and talent development activities. This role is key to both attracting top talent and supporting people development within Crystal.

A. Responsibilities

Employer Branding & Management Trainee Recruitment

  • Support Reporting Manager (RM) to work with related Departments and Agencies to create action plans and execute online/ offline branding and recruitment activities. Measure & evaluate the success of activities after completion
  • Support RM in managing end-to-end events: event communications, and logistical planning, including budget tracking and overall project management
  • Conduct assessments for the candidates with the assessment system and manage candidate data and results
  • Plans, establishes, and oversees the company&aposs social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding
  • Work with related Departments & Agencies for payment, legal documents & information collection
  • Develop and execute new ideas, channels for branding and recruitment activities

Learning & Development (including Training & Talent Development)

  • Training Curriculum

. Manage training data, send class registration/invitation, follow-up attendance rate, remind for acceptance

. Arrange logistic (transportation, training room, lunch, tea break), learning evaluation, survey, training results, attendance record

. Deliver basic soft skill training for staff level

. Assist RM in tracking training plan & KPI

  • E-learning

. Communicate with learners, monitor progress, and ensure a high course completion rate.

. Data tracking & management

  • Talent Development

. Support RM in maintaining talent development frameworks, including reporting and database management.

. Provide administrative/coordination support for onboarding, orientation, rotation

. Assist RM in monitoring, and following up Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for talents.

. Support in organizing talent development initiatives such as CEO meetings, factory tours, family visit, team building, etc.

  • L&D Corner

. Coordinate the L&D Corner by collecting content from PICs, drafting articles, and designing visuals with Canva.

B. Qualifications

  • College diploma or equivalent
  • Marketing, HR, Business Administration or related expertise
  • Online/offline event, project management experience
  • Knowledgeable of social media communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English communication (verbal & written expression)
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Data-driven, detail oriented
  • Enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
  • Willing to travel
