The People Development & Employer Branding Officer will play a dual role: driving employer branding and Management Trainee recruitment of Crystal International in Vietnam, while supporting learning and talent development at the factory where youre based.
You will help run branding campaigns, manage recruitment events and social media, and ensure a great candidate experience. At the same time, you will coordinate training programs, e-learning, and talent development activities. This role is key to both attracting top talent and supporting people development within Crystal.
A. Responsibilities
Employer Branding & Management Trainee Recruitment
Learning & Development (including Training & Talent Development)
. Manage training data, send class registration/invitation, follow-up attendance rate, remind for acceptance
. Arrange logistic (transportation, training room, lunch, tea break), learning evaluation, survey, training results, attendance record
. Deliver basic soft skill training for staff level
. Assist RM in tracking training plan & KPI
. Communicate with learners, monitor progress, and ensure a high course completion rate.
. Data tracking & management
. Support RM in maintaining talent development frameworks, including reporting and database management.
. Provide administrative/coordination support for onboarding, orientation, rotation
. Assist RM in monitoring, and following up Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for talents.
. Support in organizing talent development initiatives such as CEO meetings, factory tours, family visit, team building, etc.
. Coordinate the L&D Corner by collecting content from PICs, drafting articles, and designing visuals with Canva.
