Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Employer Branding Intern to join our Employee Experience & Employer Branding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in enhancing employee engagement and promoting our employer brand. You will assist in implementing initiatives aligned with our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and support various projects that impact both our internal workforce and external talent community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Employer Branding Activities:
- Create engaging contents to promote our EVP and job opportunities with external talents. This includes working closely with multi functions or vendors to ensure consistent messaging.
- Aid in organizing on-site recruitment events and program promotions, e.g.: career fair, industry event, brewery tour, etc.
- Assist in building relationships with universities, higher education institutes, and professional organizations.
- Participate in EB initiatives from developing welcome kits, preparing recruitment marketing campaigns, to encourage and curate Employee Advocacy Self-Generated Content.
2. Support Employee Experience Initiatives:
- Contribute to projects that enhance the overall employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
- Prepare internal communication to our employees for HR-related topics.
- Support in planning & executing company events such as monthly Thirsty Thursday, wellbeing, DEI-related initiatives.

3. Administrative Support:
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR, marketing, or event coordination is a plus.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Currently 4th year students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interest and proactive to learn in employee engagement, employer branding, and HR practices.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools. Big plus if you have existing content creation software (Canva, Photoshop, AI-tool) or photography/ videography experience.
- Creative and practical thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and implementation plan.
- High critical thinking, high accountability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Experience:
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR, marketing, or event coordination is a plus.
