Human Resource/ Nhn s
- Recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling./ Tuyn dng: ng tin, lc h s, sp xp phng vn.
- Manage employee records, contracts, social insurance, PIT, support onboarding - offboarding./ Qun l h s nhn s, hp ng, BHXH, thu TNCN, h tr tip nhn nhn vin mi, h tr t chc o to hi nhp, th tc ngh vic.
- Assist in attendance tracking, annual leaves, payroll calculation, and managing allowances, bonuses,..../ Thc hin cc cng tc chm cng, theo di ngy php, tnh lng, v cc khon ph cp, thng,...

JOB REQUIREMENTS/ YU CU CNG VIC:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields./ Tt nghip i hc chuyn ngnh Qun tr Nhn s, Qun tr Kinh doanh, Lut, hoc cc ngnh lin quan.
- At least 12 years of experience in a similar role./ Ti thiu 1-2 nm kinh nghim v tr tng ng.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility./ K nng giao tip tt, kho lo, cn thn v c tinh thn trch nhim cao.
