• Working time: 08:30 – 17:30 (Mon to Fri)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Pattern-making

• Create and refine garment patterns using Optitex 2D, ensuring alignment with design specifications. (3D ability is a plus but not required)
• Coordinate closely with the 3D/DD team to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality output.
• Leverage bilingual skills (English and Vietnamese) to support collaboration and communication. Not essential; willingness to learn English is the key.

Junior Designer Support

• Provide technical guidance to junior designers on patterning and sample-related issues.
• Review samples with designers and refine patterns to reduce errors, improve quality, and support smooth production and sampling.
• Lead training sessions or workshops to build junior designers technical skills and confidence in patternmaking, if needed.
• Workflow & Team Efficiency
• Manage project timelines, maintain quality standards, and address immediate technical challenges within the team.
• Support conflict resolution and foster a collaborative, productive team environment.

Occasional resoponsibilities

• Assist with unique or one-off projects requiring specialized pattern adjustments.
• Explore and test new tools or methods as needed

QUALIFICATION

• Experience: Minimum 5–6 years in pattern cutting within fashion or garment manufacturing.
• Program Proficiency: Skilled in Optitex 2D; optional experience with Optitex 3D or CLO3D for digital sampling/pattern creation.
• Bilingual: English and Vietnamese preferred; fluency not essential, willingness to improve English is valued.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, quality assurance, and error reduction.
• Leadership: Proven ability to support and mentor team members with a proactive approach to challenges.
