Job Description:
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Analyze and assess market trends and competitor activities to propose strategic directions for the company.
Partnership Management:
- Monitor revenue and partnership performance, consolidate policies and programs, and prepare periodic cooperation reports to develop action plans for optimization.
- Analyze and evaluate partners in terms of market potential, products and services, competitors, and competitive advantages, leading to effective negotiations and partnership agreements.
Development and Proposal of Collaboration Models, Policies, Processes, and Solutions:
- Build and propose cooperation models, policies, workflows, and solutions to enhance collaboration with technology partners.
Establish and Maintain Strong Partner Relationships:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key technology partners (e.g., VMware, AWS, Google, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.).
Knowledge Sharing and Engagement:
- Participate in and organize knowledge-sharing sessions on vendor technologies, products, and related projects.
Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal departments to propose marketing plans (events, content, digital, etc.) and implement initiatives to enhance technical capabilities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT or in roles related to Partnership Management / Sales / Channel Development with technology partners
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning, presentation, and communication abilities
- Proficient in English communication
