JOB SUMMARY
A project leader in operation side to plan and manage all kind of projects (NPD, Transfer, CostDown, Improvement, Localization, etc.) from the back to the front end, to fulfilling all aspectsfor a factory continuous smooth operations & to deliver the needs of customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Define and Evaluate the Project Schedule
Develop a detailed project timeline including key milestones and deliverables.
Evaluate schedule feasibility by aligning resource availability, vendor timelines, andproduction capacity.
Conduct regular reviews to adjust for risks or changes.
2. Coordinate and Monitor the Global Project Team
Collaborate with international teams to align on milestones, deliverables, andresponsibilities.
Establish a centralized system to track milestone progress and flag deviations in real-time.
3. Monitor Sample Deliveries and Vendor Supply Risk
Track delivery of initial samples and production output.
Assess vendor readiness and mitigate risks based on delivery performance and quality ofsamples.
4. Assess Vendor /In-house factory Capacity Based on Project Requirements
Evaluate vendor/In house capacity in alignment with customer and project leaderrequirements.
Define clear production expectations and required ramp-up plans.
5. Implement Risk Buy and Risk Build Strategies
Identify potential supply and production risks base on sources information (LT , output , FR
Initiate risk buy/risk build activities to secure critical components and prevent delays.
6. Minimize Scrap and Excess Material Costs
Optimize material procurement and build plans to reduce waste.
Continuously review forecasts and adjust purchasing strategies to minimize excess.
7. Lead Cross-Functional Issue Resolution Meetings
Organize and facilitate meetings with relevant functional teams to resolve abnormal orurgent issues quickly.
8. Ensure Timely Delivery of the First Lot (1st Lot)
Track OPM (Original Product Manufacturer) performance to avoid delays.
Proactively resolve any barriers to first lot delivery.
9. Track Sample Builds and Shipping
Monitor sample production status and ensure timely shipment to meet project deadlines.
Escalate and address any shipping or production delays immediately.
Noted: We will provide shuttle bus from HCMC, Binh Duong, Dong Nai
REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, orrelated fields.
Experience: With 23 yeas PMCs experience, have ability to work out with vendor tonegotiate the capacity and daily output
FunctionalSkills: Good communication skills; with high strong owner ship and leadership, make project for ownresponsibility; with sense to escalate, strong control logistic
Other Abilities: Willing to accept the challenge job; willing to share own sense and sort for the help
