Job Description

CHI TIT CNG VIC

  • Qun tr h thng ITSM: Cu hnh, qun l, vn hnh cc cng c ITSM (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Ivanti, Jira Service Management, Service desk plus,).
  • Quy trnh dch v CNTT: Trin khai, gim st v ci tin cc quy trnh theo chun ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset/CMDB).
  • H tr vn hnh: m bo h thng ITSM hot ng n nh, x l s c, nng cp v ti u hiu nng.
  • Tch hp h thng: Kt ni cng c ITSM vi cc h thng khc (AD, CMDB, Monitoring, Email/SMS Gateway, ChatOps).
  • Bo co & Phn tch: Xy dng dashboard, KPI, SLA/OLA, bo co vn hnh nh k cho qun l v khch hng.
  • o to & h tr ngi dng: Hng dn, h tr cc phng ban trong vic s dng h thng ITSM.
  • Ci tin lin tc: xut gii php ti u quy trnh qun tr dch v, nng cao tri nghim ngi dng.

YU CU CNG VIC

  • Tt nghip i hc chuyn ngnh CNTT, H thng thng tin hoc lin quan.
  • Kin thc vng v ITIL framework (c chng ch ITIL Foundation/Intermediate l li th).
  • Kinh nghim lm vic vi t nht mt h thng ITSM (ServiceNow, BMC, Jira, ManageEngine, Ivanti).
  • Hiu bit v qun tr h tng CNTT (Server, Network, Cloud) v bo mt.
  • K nng phn tch quy trnh, kh nng vit ti liu (SOP, workflow, user guide).
  • K nng giao tip, lm vic nhm v qun l thi gian)

u tin nhng khng bt buc:

  • K nng scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, API integration).
  • Kinh nghim trin khai CMDB v qun l cu hnh.
  • Hiu bit v cc chun v chng ch quc t lin quan: ISO 20000, ISO 27001.
  • K nng phn tch d liu, xy dng bo co bng BI (Power BI, Tableau).
  • C kh nng c/vit ti liu ting Anh tt, giao tip c bn.

QUYN LI

Thu nhp tng xng vi nng lc:

  • Mc lng cnh tranh bao gm lng cng v lng sn phm (vi cng thc tnh r rng, minh bch).
  • Thng thng 13, thng hiu qu kinh doanh, thng Tt, v cc khon thng theo thnh tch c nhn.
  • Gi thu nhp nm tng ng 14-17 thng lng quy i.

C hi pht trin s nghip:

  • Tham gia vo cc d n ITSM quy m ln, mang li kinh nghim thc t qu gi.
  • L trnh pht trin r rng, c hi thng tin ln cc v tr qun l nh ITSM Consultant/Service Manager.
  • c h tr o to chuyn su v thi cc chng ch quc t danh gi: ITIL, ServiceNow Certified, ISO 20000.
  • Tham gia cc kha o to: kin thc sn phm dch v, k nng mm, workshop v chng trnh dnh cho tn binh.

  • Khm sc khe nh k v bo him sc khe FPT Care.
  • Ch ngh l, ngh php theo quy nh ca php lut.

Mi trng lm vic Nng ng & Chuyn nghip:

  • Lm vic trong mt mi trng tr trung, chuyn nghip, khuyn khch s sng to i mi.
  • Tham gia cc s kin gn kt, hot ng vn ha a dng (CLB bng, chy b, CLB nng khiu...).
