Objective
Drive strategic partnerships and manage key accounts to expand the OTT platform's distribution ecosystem, accelerate user acquisition, and grow revenue through B2B channels such as telcos, banks, e-wallets, OEMs, and digital platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
- Identify, approach, and acquire strategic partners (telcos, banks, e-wallets, OEMs, digital platforms)
- Develop partnership proposals (bundling, co-marketing, content distribution)
- Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, revenue share, KPIs, contract terms)
Key Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners
- Monitor and optimize performance (user acquisition, conversion, revenue contribution)
- Propose growth initiatives and improvements
- Execute campaigns (launch, promotion, retention) with partners
Execution & Operations
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product/Tech, and Content teams
- Manage timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
- Provide insights and optimization recommendations
Contract & Documentation Management (Paperwork)
- Prepare and manage contracts (MOU, NDA, Service Agreements, appendices)
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance for contract review and compliance
- Track contract lifecycle (signing, renewal, amendments)
- Ensure proper document archiving and audit compliance
- Handle internal processes (payment requests, invoicing, reconciliation)
REQUIMENTS
Experience
- 2–5 years in Business Development / Key Account / Partnership roles
- Experience in OTT, Telco, Fintech, or Digital Platforms preferred
- Experience with large B2B partners is a plus
