Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a part in driving the company's business expansion by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships in Vietnam market.

As the Business Development Specialist, you will take ownership of developing and executing business growth strategies, managing key client relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to deliver solutions that support our long-term business objectives.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who combines strong commercial acumen with the ability to build lasting partnerships and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential market segments aligned with the company's product and business direction.

Partnership & Client Management

  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders across target organizations.
  • Lead strategic discussions with clients and partners to develop mutually beneficial commercial opportunities.

Solution Development

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and develop tailored business solutions that create long-term value.

Pipeline & Deal Management

  • Build and manage a pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, structure proposals, and close business deals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of partnerships and business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise clients or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Experience in cross-border payments, fintech, logistics, or international trade is highly preferred.
