Summary

  • Job Title: Partnership Executive
  • Work Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry (e.g., Key Account Management, Healthcare Partnership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, or experienced Medical Representative).
  • Work Type: Full-time.
  • Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Pharmacist qualification is highly preferred.

Roles

As a Partnership Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, including healthcare organizations (HCOs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospitals, medical societies/associations, medical universities, and other healthcare institutions.

The role will support HCP acquisition and engagement on the Docquity platform, strengthen collaboration with medical partners, and contribute to the development and delivery of medical education and professional-development initiatives.

Expectations from you

1. Partnership Development, Growth and Engagement

  • Develop and implement customized collaborations and partnership activities to increase HCP acquisition, enrolment, and engagement on the Docquity platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Medical Societies, Hospitals, Medical Universities, and other relevant healthcare organizations.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities based on stakeholder needs and developments within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Monitor HCP acquisition, participation, and other agreed partnership performance indicators.

2. Stakeholder and Key Account Engagement

  • Manage assigned elements of the partnership lifecycle, including partner engagement, proposal development, onboarding, follow-up, and performance monitoring.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders to understand their medical education priorities and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, briefing documents, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Represent Docquity professionally at stakeholder meetings, medical conferences, and other partnership events.

3. KOL, Advisory and Medical Education Development

  • Identify and engage KOLs for educational programmes, webinars, scientific discussions, and professional-development initiatives.
  • Coordinate society-led and hospital-based medical education programmes (webinars, workshops, digital learning activities).
  • Support the development and expansion of the Docquity Advisory Group (DAG) and other relevant KOL networks.
  • Maintain updated KOL mapping, stakeholder profiles, and partnership records.

4. AI-Enabled Medical Education and Digital Innovation

  • Apply AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, Gamma) in daily workflows to improve personal efficiency and the quality of partnership activities.
  • Support training sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and onboarding activities on the effective use of AI tools, subject to project requirements.
  • Keep an open mind to learn emerging digital-learning technologies relevant to healthcare professional education.

5. Project and Partnership Operations

  • Plan and coordinate partnership projects according to agreed objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal functions to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
  • Manage logistics for online and offline educational programmes, webinars, and meetings.
  • Maintain project trackers, stakeholder databases, and activity reports.

6. Internal Capability Building and Team Support

  • Share relevant market, stakeholder, and digital insights with the Partnership team.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized partnership materials and best practices.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager in support of Partnership team objectives.

Skills required

  • English & computing (Office): proficient level.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills; able to engage confidently with HCPs and KOLs.
  • Proactive, agile, resourceful, detail-oriented, and accountable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interest in digital innovation and new models of HCP engagement.
  • Familiar with using AI tools (such as Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, etc.) in daily work to enhance productivity.
  • Flexible to support medical events outside normal working hours when required.
