Job Description

What will the Partnership Development Specialist at MISA do

• Proactively identify, attract, and expand a nationwide network of potential partners, including accounting service firms and individual accounting professionals.
• Organize training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions to equip partners with the skills needed to persuade customers and deliver services effectively on the platform.
• Propose sales policies and business programs to help partners increase revenue and business performance.

Job Requirements

Who are we looking for

1. 22 to 32 yrs

2. Education

• College or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or other related majors
• Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles or Finance and Accounting, or relevant training/certifications in Accounting

3. Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and agile problem-solving mindset in business situations
• Presentation and negotiation skills

4. Experience

• At least 6 months of experience in Sales or Customer Relationship Management
• Candidates with experience in partnership development, network expansion, or software sales are preferred

5. Career Orientation

• Interested in developing a career in business development and partnership development
• Willing to travel when required

Compensation and Benefits

• Total income = Base salary (VND 9.5M - 12.5M) + Sales incentives + Monthly/quarterly campaign bonuses + Other allowances/supports
• Average total income: VND 20M - 30M
