Paid Media Manager

At Zeder Corporation, we design, manufacture and distribute engineered suspension products through a portfolio of brands including Fulcrum Suspensions, SuperPro, Whiteline, Nolathane and Formula 4x4. We operate across Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and South Africa, running 15 regional websites that are the primary growth engine for our brands.

We're looking for an SEO Manager to own our organic search and AI Search Visibility / Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) function end to end. This is a senior, executive-level specialist role for someone who leads a function — not someone who works a task list.

Why this role is different

The Head of Performance Marketing sets the direction and holds this role to account for the outcome — how you get there is yours to decide. Given a commercial target, you're expected to return with the diagnosis, strategy, roadmap, resourcing and timeline to deliver it.

You'll carry three things at once: strategic planning, functional management, and hands-on execution of the senior technical and strategic work.

What you'll own

• Organic search performance across all Zeder brands and all 15 regional websites, with the USA and Australia as priority markets
• The SEO roadmap and quarterly strategy per brand and region
• AI Search Visibility and GEO strategy across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode
• Day-to-day leadership of the SEO Specialists
• The hard technical work: crawl/indexation analysis, canonicalisation, hreflang, structured data, site architecture, migrations and Core Web Vitals
• Reporting, stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment with paid media, content and ecommerce

What you bring

• 7+ years in SEO, including management experience leading a team, a function, or a significant programme of work
• A demonstrable record of owning and growing organic performance for a commercial website
• Deep technical SEO capability — crawl, indexation, structured data, migrations, Core Web Vitals
• Current, practical experience with AI search visibility and generative engine optimisation
• Expert-level use of Ahrefs (or equivalent), Google Search Console, GA4 and a crawler such as Screaming Frog
• Strong commercial instincts — able to build a business case and prioritise on impact vs. effort
• People management experience and excellent written/verbal English
• Comfortable being handed an outcome with no instructions, and confident deciding the path yourself
