Operations Performance Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Performance Specialist who can bridge manufacturing operations and data analytics to improve business performance.

This opportunity is with a Vietnamese technology startup in the green mobility/electric vehicle space, where technology, manufacturing and operational excellence come together.

The company is building increasing levels of technological and manufacturing capabilities in Vietnam, with a strong focus on product development, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Interview process: 2 rounds

Location: Tan Binh Industrial Park, Tay Thanh, HCMC

Working hours: 08:00–18:00, Monday–Saturday

Business & Operations Performance

• Monitor operational performance across Supply Chain, Manufacturing and related functions
• Work closely with the manufacturing shop floor to understand workflows and standardize performance metrics
• Analyze bottlenecks, capacity constraints, productivity losses, inventory risks and performance gaps
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical solutions
• Turn operational data into actionable insights for management

Project Management & Continuous Improvement

• Coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives
• Build project plans, milestones and action trackers
• Monitor progress, risks and business impact
• Facilitate problem-solving and ensure actions are implemented

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in Operations Performance/Operations Analytics within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar
• Strong hands-on experience writing SQL queries
• Experience with Python, Pandas and NumPy for data processing/report automation
• Hands-on experience extracting data from ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication skills with both factory teams and senior management
