Stay abreast of user dynamics, analyzing user behavior and consumption habits to provide comprehensive suggestions for operational improvements from various perspectives;
Manage daily operations for core users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance user activity and platform engagement through high-quality service;
Responsible for recruiting new game players from the supply side and managing their subsequent interviews, training, and performance, with a focus on quality and retention.
Job Requirements:
4+ years of relevant work experience in user operation, client service, business development, sales;
Proven successful business outcomes and solid track record of revenue growth by user operation, voice room operation, or Livestream operation;
Time sensitive and KPI-oriented, adhering to all timelines, great negotiation skills to ensure deals that can maintain a positive ROI;
A passion for gaming and experience playing games such as PUBG, AOV, Free Fire, League of Legends, etc., is preferred.
Excellent in coordination, empathy, and execution skills, creative, initiative-taking, and able to make quick decisions;
