Your RoleAs a Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that business objectives are met with high quality, within scope, and on schedule. Beyond project management, you will also contribute to strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and operational excellence, leveraging your experience in general management to support company-wide initiatives.
Main ResponsibilitiesProject Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively resolving blockers to ensure smooth execution.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to best practices.
Stakeholder & Team Management:
- Collaborate closely with clients, product owners, and internal teams to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency.
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
General Management Contributions:
- Support leadership in strategic planning, operational optimization, and process improvement across departments.
- Contribute to setting up and refining organizational standards, workflows, and performance metrics.
- Assist in resource allocation, budgeting, and cross-functional initiatives at the company level.
Your ProfileMust Have:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with exposure to general management or operations.
- Proven track record of delivering software or digital transformation projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and other project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in startup or fast-scaling environments.
- Familiarity with MarTech, SaaS, AI-powered products, or enterprise platforms.
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master.
- Business acumen in areas like budgeting, strategic planning, or team scaling.

- Good command of English communication (written & spoken) for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
