Job Description

My client, is a listed garment accessories manufacturing company, is looking for:

Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Maintain operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Oversee production, purchase materials, plan inventory and warehouse efficiency to have a result of better cost control and cost save
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff
  • Find ways to increase the quality of customer service

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in management, operation, or production related
  • Minimum 5 years proven work experience as Operations Manager / Factory Manager / General Manager in printing or textile trims
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Working station in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills
