Job Description

CyberLogitec Vietnam is an ODC (Off-shore Development Center) in Vietnam providing services for SW Development, Testing and 24/7 Service Desk.

We specialize in IT solutions for logistics business such as shipping, terminal & yard, warehouse, trucking and forwarding. Also we are researching new technologies for web, mobile, virtual reality and machine learning.

We have lots of industrial experiences for more than 10 years in logistics business and technology area, and we are providing our service for our global customers in more than 10 countries such as Korea, USA, Thailand, China, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, UAE, Malaysia, India, Japan, Brazil and Singapore.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Office Management

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and professional working environment.

• Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, and workplace resources effectively.

• Coordinate office maintenance, workplace safety, and administrative support services.

• Organize internal activities, employee engagement programs, and company events.

2. Process & Operations Management

• Develop and improve office administration processes, policies, and operational workflows.

• Monitor operational efficiency and ensure timely support across departments.

• Manage office budgets, contracts, and vendor services in a cost-effective manner.

• Handle operational issues, workplace incidents, and resource planning proactively.

3. Leadership

• Lead and supervise team members in daily operations.

• Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and maintain service quality standards.

• Coach and support team development to strengthen ownership and collaboration.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal departments to support workplace and operational needs.

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and external service providers.

• Act as the main contact point for office-related operations and issue resolution.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Office Administration, Office Operations, HR/Admin, or related functions.

• At least 2 years of experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven experience in office operations, vendor management, and process improvement.

• Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to handle operational risks and urgent situations effectively.

• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English communication (written and verbal).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
