Job Description:
Develop and standardize SOPs, ways of working, and governance mechanisms across SOC, Hub, Warehouse, and cross-functional teams, while building Continuous Improvement capability through Kaizen training, 5S programs, and improvement activities.
1. SOP, Ways of Working & Compliance Governance
- Support development and standardization of SOPs, workflows, and ways of working for SOC, Hub, Warehouse, and cross-functional operations.
- Assist in documenting RACI, escalation flows, and communication processes. Coordinate with stakeholders or teams to ensure alignment and rollout
- Translate operational requirements, process changes, and business needs into practical guidelines that are easy for teams to follow.
- Work closely with SOC, Hub, Warehouse, OPEX, Planning, BD, BI, Infra, and other related teams to align standardized ways of working.
- Identify process gaps, unclear ownership, duplicated tasks, inconsistent execution, or compliance issues across teams/sites.
- Design compliance checklists, audit templates, and tracking tools to monitor whether teams follow agreed SOPs and governance standards as advised by Line Manager.
- Conduct regular compliance checks and follow up with stakeholders on corrective actions until closure.
2. Kaizen Training & Continuous Improvement
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on Kaizen, 5S, Continuous Improvement mindset, basic problem-solving, and SOP compliance.
- Support SOC, Hub, and Warehouse teams in identifying improvement opportunities from daily operations.
- Co-facilitate Kaizen workshops, improvement discussions, and best-practice sharing across sites.
- Guide site teams to document improvement ideas, define action plans, track implementation, and measure impact if any.
- Support the design and rollout of CI programs, such as Kaizen competitions, 5S audits, CI maturity scoring, or site improvement campaigns as advised by Line Manager.
- Track training completion, Kaizen participation, improvement progress, audit results, and compliance status.
3. Other tasks assigned by managers from time to time
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in operations, operations excellence, process improvement, SOP management, compliance audit, or project coordination.
- Good understanding of logistics operations, preferably across SOC, Hub, Warehouse, or Last Mile operations.
- Strong ability to structure unclear processes into practical SOPs, workflows, playbooks, and RACI.
- Basic knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, or structured problem-solving.
- Good facilitation and training skills, with the ability to engage frontline teams and site management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multiple teams and follow through on execution.
- Good communication and writing skills, with the ability to make complex processes simple and easy to follow.
- Structured, proactive, detail-oriented, and disciplined in tracking actions to closure.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools is preferred.
