Role Description

• Monitor and ensure the operational readiness of products/services from Kick-off through Go-live and stabilization.

• Participate from the BRD stage, providing operational input and identifying potential risks early.

• Coordinate with Product and Operations teams to develop and review SOPs, transaction investigation, reconciliation and error-handling procedures.

• Coordinate training materials and internal training to ensure relevant teams are ready before launch.

• Monitor and report pre-Go-live risks, bottlenecks, unresolved issues and partner API integration issues.

• Coordinate pilot operations with selected Merchants, monitor actual operational flows and recommend necessary adjustments.

Monitor post-Go-live operations, consolidate incidents and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure operational stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Economics, Information Technology or related fields.

• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Product Operations, Business Operations, Project Coordination or similar roles.

• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, IT, Business/Sales and Operations teams.

• Experience with SOP/process documentation, product implementation, Pilot or Go-live activities.

• Basic understanding of API integration, transaction flows, reconciliation, transaction investigation and error handling is preferred.

• Experience in Fintech, Payment, Banking, E-wallet or Payment Gateway is a strong advantage. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk identification, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, accountable and comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment.
