Operations Excellence Specialist

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. Process & Productivity Improvement

- Analyze operational processes and identify bottlenecks and waste.

- Lead improvement projects, standardize processes, and develop/issue SOPs.

2. Automation & Optimization

- Build, operate, and improve automation tools/scripts to automate manual tasks, reduce workload and errors, and improve processing speed.

3. Research & Improvement Proposals

- Research and benchmark best practices.

- Propose the application of new technologies and operational solutions.

- Develop operational plans for actual campaigns.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

- Extract, compile, and analyze operational data.

- Prepare periodic (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and ad-hoc reports.

- Build dashboards to measure productivity, cost/order, and SLA.

- Support other departments in decision-making.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Economics, Transportation, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in Operations Excellence / Continuous Improvement or Business Analyst / Data Analyst roles; experience in operations/logistics is preferred.

- Strong skills in process improvement, process standardization, SOP development, and improvement project management.

- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, as well as advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, advanced functions, data modeling). Knowledge of at least one programming language, with a strong preference for Python; JavaScript is a plus.

- Strong reporting and data visualization (dashboard) skills.
