Responsibilities
- Analyze customer&aposs requirement and operate the projects (EU market).
- Directly arrange tasks for employees in the group.
- Make a contingency plan to ensure the continuity of the project.
- Evaluating the situation and planning the operation of the project.
- Training team members.
- Evaluate employee performance, and support employees to improve their professional skills.
- Attend meetings and project reports as needed.
- Other tasks assigned by the Operation Service Manager.
Qualifications
- Good in German & English communication skills
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
