Responsibilities
Provide technical support to internal/ external customers, support for pre-sale service and post-sale service.
Support product installation, software upgrades, and configuration changes.
Perform investigations, troubleshooting, and root cause.
Take ownership of escalated cases, provide regular updates and expedite resolutions.
Escalate issue to appropriate expert resources and management as necessary
Deliver consistent, high-quality and responsive support to customers.
Follow established support processes to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with team members and partners with customers to investigate and resolve requirements
Perform other duties and projects as assigned, to meet company and department objectives
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in IT (Software/Hardware), Data Electronics and Telecommunication
Strong understanding of server systems and databases (MySQL and Oracle)
Strong interest in learning about Medical Imaging Technology, DICOM, HL7, RIS/LIS, and PACS systems.
Good communication skill on English (spoken and written)
Good skill for MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Hard work and self-motivated.
