Operational Specialist

1. What will you do:

As Operation Associate, you will be asked for various aspects of business operations, including but not limited to.

- Customer services: Work closely with the engineering team and CS team to resolve customers requests in a timely manner.

- Initiative Projects: Work closely with the leadership team on various projects and be the central point of contact for project execution, ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner and with the best use of resources.

- Reconciliation: Reconciliation, monitor data between Anfin and partners.

- Report: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report.

- Other tasks: Prepare documents, coordinate with other departments to solve issues, tracking and process deposit/withdrawal transactions,...

2. Background Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance and Banking, or equivalent professional experience.

- At least 1-2+ years of experience experiences working in any Business Operation position (Customers services, Process Management, Project Management,), prefer to have experience in securities companies, banking, or start-up environment.

- Energetic and willing to learn and challenge yourself.

- Quickly handle arising situations and able to navigate through ambiguity.

- The great team works with excellent communication and coordination skills.
