Operation Executive, Outbound Travel

Description:

● Responsible for tour handling in European and Worldwide destinations according to our customers (travel agents) needs/requirements

● Usage of our in-house computer system

● Communication with our offices in Europe and partners worldwide

● Work closely and liaise with sales team, our suppliers and our customers (travel agents)

● Providing/suggesting suitable alternatives when request is not available

● Monitoring of cancellation deadline and cost control

● Other job task as assigned by the company

Requirements:

● Diploma holder or above in travel, tourism or related field

● 2-3 years relevant working experience in travel industry preferred

● Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office applications

● Able to work under pressure and detailed oriented

● Fluent in spoken and written English
