Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Deskside Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support services for end users in a corporate and operational environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving day-to-day IT issues, supporting end-user devices, handling hardware and software troubleshooting, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role is suitable for candidates with at least 5 years of IT support experience who are looking to further develop their technical and professional skills within a structured IT operation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite deskside and helpdesk support to end users.

Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and IT-related issues within agreed SLA targets.

Install, configure, and support:

• Desktop PCs
• Laptops
• Printers and scanners
• Mobile devices
• Standard office applications

Perform hardware replacement and basic troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.

Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.

Assist users with password resets, account-related issues, and basic access requests.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

At least 5 years of experience in Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Deskside Support.

Good knowledge of:

• Windows 10 / Windows 11
• Microsoft Office 365
• PC and laptop hardware troubleshooting
• Printers and peripheral devices
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi)

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work onsite in Yen Phong, Bac Ninh.
