Role Description

We are looking for an Online Sales Assistant Supervisor to act as a strategic bridge between Marketing and Sales. In this role, you will be the driver of our digital presence, directly operating major E-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Food, Grab) and executing multi-channel campaigns to boost revenue and brand competitiveness in the digital space.

Content & Social Management: Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop engaging content, advertisements, and livestream scripts across assigned social media
channels.E-com
merce Operations: Manage and optimize platforms (Grab, Shopee Food, TikTok Shop, etc.) including product listings, pricing updates, promotion setups, and livestream sales.Omnic
hannel Marketing: Plan and execute promotional activities for retail channels via SMS, Zalo, Facebook, and other online platforms.Perfo
rmance Tracking: Monitor activities, report on channel performance, and analyze revenue data to ensure targets are met.Marke
t Intelligence: Track and analyze competitor activities on social media to stay ahead of market trends.Custo
mer Experience: Coordinate with Store Managers to promptly handle customer complaints and ensure service excellence.Proje
ct Support: Work with Marketing and relevant departments to communicate retail projects and initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or relate

ience: Minimum 1 year of continuous experience in roles such as Sales & Marketing Assistant Supervisor or Online Sales Assistant Supervisor.Skill
