Job Description:

1. Communications Planning

  • Support the translation of business and campaign objectives into communication approaches
  • Contribute to defining communication objectives, key messages, and channel roles
  • Assist in building integrated campaign structures across owned, earned, and KOL channels

2. Campaign Structuring & Storyline Development

  • Develop clear and structured campaign plans under guidance
  • Support creation of concise, well-structured decks for internal and leadership review
  • Improve clarity, logic, and storytelling across team outputs

3. Project Coordination & Execution Tracking

  • Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
  • Ensure alignment across PMOs, content, social, and KOL teams
  • Proactively flag risks, delays, and dependencies

4. Quality Control & Standardization

  • Review materials to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment before submission
  • Support development and adoption of standard templates for planning, updates, and reporting

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Support post-campaign reporting and performance tracking
  • Analyze results to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to actionable learnings and recommendations for future campaigns

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Strategic Planning
  • Experience in integrated campaigns, digital marketing, or agency planning is preferred
  • Background in e-commerce, tech platforms, FMCG, or agencies is a plus
  • Structured Thinking: Ability to break down problems and present ideas in a clear, logical manner
  • Strategic Understanding: Basic ability to connect business objectives with communication approaches
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to create clear, concise, and well-structured presentations
  • Ownership & Proactiveness: Takes initiative and follows through on tasks with minimal supervision
  • Project Management: Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
  • Analytical Thinking: Able to interpret performance data and identify key insights
