- t nht 3 nm kinh nghim cc v tr pht trin kinh doanh B2B (thanh ton, fintech, POS, PGW); t 2 nm kinh nghim trong vic qun l i nhm kinh doanh.
- K nng: tip cn, thuyt phc, m phn v cht deal merchants; kh nng t vn gii php thanh ton cho doanh nghip.
- Ngoi ng: kh nng giao tip tt (u tin ting Anh).
- Tnh cch: ha ng, ci m, kt ni, chia s; c thc duy tr & pht trin mi quan h tt vi c ni b v i tc.
- T cht: mu la, kin tr, ch ng v kh nng chu p lc cao.
