A new and differentiated media channel: AWING is the first platform in Vietnam that delivers ads based on users real-life locations (leveraging Wi-Fi as a targeting tool), reaching premium users right at offline touchpoints.

JOB OVERVIEW

As the BU Lead Agency Partnership, you will lead all activities related to partnerships with both local and global media agencies. Your mission includes clearly communicating AWINGs product value, training agency teams to understand and sell our solution, and actively supporting agencies to close media budgets with brands.

You will play a key role in making AWING an essential part of every multichannel media plan in the Vietnamese market.

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop, grow, and manage business partnerships with local and global media agencies (resellers), aiming to build a strong and scalable reseller ecosystem for AWING.
  2. Design and implement a structured framework to support partners throughout the business development lifecycle.
  3. Strengthen AWINGs brand positioning and influence within the marketing and media industry.
  4. (Optional) Contribute to platform development, UI/UX improvements, product packaging, and automation processes.
  5. (Optional) Participate in Go Global initiatives.

II. REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

At least 3 years of experience in the advertising/media industry, including at least 2 years in business team leadership or high-standard sales operations

Young and driven talents with a structured working mindset and strong ambition for accelerated growth are highly welcome

Logical, structured thinking with strong analytical and consultative problem-solving skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and training skills

Strong understanding of agency operations, consultative sales models, and how media budgets are allocated from brands

III. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Unlimited income potential includes:

Base salary: from VND 35 50 million/month (gross), negotiable depending on experience.

Various allowances (lunch, mobile phone, etc.)

Multiple bonus types: performance-based sales bonus, OKR bonus, 13th-month salary, and potential to earn P&L-based bonuses (profit-sharing by business unit)

ESOP.
