We are looking for a Business Analyst to analyze business requests to be solved through application development, and formulate and design automated systems&apos scope and objectives based on both user needs and understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute innovative ideas in application design and development processes.
- Conduct in-depth system analysis for software, applications, and web services.
- Analyzing and improving the performance of web-based customer portals and support services
- Develop and manage test cases, overseeing both System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify potential issues early, implement risk mitigation strategies, and escalate when needed to ensure project continuity.
- Review data requests and coordinate with the appropriate technical teams for data extraction and delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect business insights, define requirements, and provide actionable improvement suggestions.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and the tech team to convert business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Assist in ongoing operational activities (Business-As-Usual), ensuring user requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Banking, or a closely related discipline.
- From 5+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role, with at least 2 years specifically in the banking, fintech, or securities sectors.
- Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with system integration technologies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.
- Skilled in setting up and managing feedback channels for customer portals to ensure responsive support.
- Adept at using integrated diagnostic tools to monitor and maintain optimal system performance.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to work across departments and organizational levels.
- Confident presentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in communication, both verbal and written, in Vietnamese and English.
