Officer, Merchandising

I. Responsibilities

1. Main contact to T1

• Order receiving/ confirmation (PI/ delivery);
• Delivery dealing/ shipment confirmation;
• Claim handling;
• Pay tracking.

2. Manage order status

• Yarn/ Greige status checking;
• Order delay alert to PPC/ PRD;
• Replenishment status

3. Order analysis update/ control and other reports from Managers

• Update order analysis file;
• Checking hit rate per OPD/ call out any order discrepancy to Sales;
• Collect and report other reports for Managers.

4. Inventory management

• Utilize stock;
• Call out if any disposal to Manager for management discussion.

Working address: Binh Chuan Production Area, Thuan Giao, HCMC (Old address: Binh Chuan Production Area, Binh Chuan, Thuan An, Binh Duong)

II. Qualifications

• Education: University degree in major: Business, Economics, Textile engineering, Chemical engineering, Chinese or related;
• Experience: At least a year experience in Sales/Merchandiser position; experience in the Textiles and/or Garment manufacturing is preferred;
• Language: Fluency in English and/or Chinese;
• Knowledge & Skills: Negotiation, result-oriented, creative, able to work under high pressure.
