Officer - IT Infrastructure

Job description:

1. IT Operation

- Install, configure, add or upgrade and maintain computers, file servers, ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems

- Plan periodic maintenance, repair, upgrade and recommend purchases of computers, peripheral equipment, network hardware and software

- Coordinate with GIT (group IT) to centralize the IT infrastructure

- Manage and resolve ticket service requests

- System administration (Manage servers and user accounts, handle backups and system updates

- Monitor real-time monitoring dashboards and alerts to identify and analyze IT operational issues

2. IT Compliance & Document Management

- Coordinate with Internal Audit, and regulators to ensure readiness, evidence quality, and effective response to findings.

- Support the development, maintenance, and communication of IT policies, procedures, and governance guidelines.

- Handle additional administrative and documentation tasks for the department as assigned

3. Other M&E tasks

- Basic installation of conduits and cable trays (Trunking & Conduit), Cable pulling and connection (Cabling & Termination), Installation of peripheral equipment (AV & Hardware Installation)

Qualification & Experiences:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
• 3 - 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or a similar role
• Willing to work with documentation
• Proficiency with Google WS and AI platforms
• Capable in communicate effectively in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process complex information quickly.

Working location:Yen So Park, Hanoi.

Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:30.
