Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the hardware and furniture materials industry, meeting customers regularly, and thrives in both independent and team-based environments. This role requires frequent market visits, customer interactions, and participation in exhibitions and networking events to expand our business presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and develop new business partners, new market.

- Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing customers.

- Conduct regular market visits, customer visits, and on-site assessments to understand customer needs and market trends.

- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.

- Gather and analyze market intelligence: competitors, pricing, new products, market trend and customer insights.

- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, product training for existing customers.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the good service for our customers.

- Track business development performance and provide regular reporting to management.

- Coordinate project follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware, fitting, furniture industries.

- Strong understanding of wood material, fittings, and hardware products.

- Experience in handling B2B customers such as distributors, dealers, furniture manufacturers, Design & Architect.

- Experience in product training, product presentation.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good networking ability and confidence in approaching new clients.

- Willing to go to market, visit customers, and travel for exhibitions or events.

- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and disciplined in follow-ups.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Good analytical and presentation skills.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Good in English communication (4 skills)
