ABOUT THE ROLE

IWC is looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially minded New Venture Development Lead to help build and launch a new Pilates-focused business under the IWC ecosystem.

This is not a traditional sales or corporate business development role. The position is designed for someone who understands the fitness & wellness industry from an operator's perspective and enjoys building businesses from the ground up.

Working closely with IWC's management team, this person will take ownership of developing the new venture from concept validation and business planning through to product offering, operations, partnerships and market launch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. New Venture Development

• Support the development of new fitness and wellness business opportunities aligned with IWC's growth strategy.
• Conduct market research, validate concepts and contribute to business planning and commercial feasibility.

2. Product & Service Development

• Identify relevant products, services, trends and partnership opportunities within the fitness and wellness industry.
• Help shape new offerings based on market needs, customer behavior and industry insights.

3. Execution & Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams to bring new initiatives from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with external partners, industry professionals and relevant stakeholders where required.

4. Growth & Market Development

• Build relationships within the fitness and wellness ecosystem and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Support market development, strategic partnerships and expansion initiatives.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the fitness, Pilates, wellness or boutique studio industry.
• Strong preference for candidates who have previously founded, operated, invested in or been a shareholder of a small or medium-sized fitness/wellness business, such as a Pilates studio, yoga studio, gym, boutique fitness concept or related venture.
• Strong understanding of the fitness & wellness industry, including customer behavior, studio operations, programming and market trends.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as Pilates Instructor Certification, CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), Yoga Certification or similar are highly valued.
• Strong commercial thinking with the ability to evaluate an idea from both practitioner and business perspectives.
• Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, business models and basic P&L considerations.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the fitness & wellness community.
• Good English communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine interest in building something from the ground up.
