Network Operator

Location: Sala Residential Area, HCM City

When a customer's system goes down at 3AM, our NOC team is there to catch the issue before it becomes a crisis. At IPSIP, we keep customers IT infrastructure, network systems running 24/7. If you have 1+ year of experience, particularly those with a solid foundation in Linux and networking, this is an opportunity to put your technical skills into real-world operations and play an important role in keeping critical systems running.

What You'll Do

• Monitor & maintain network, Linux, and cloud production environments
• Detect, classify & escalate incidents by severity
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues following SOPs
• Track incidents via ticketing system, ensure SLA compliance
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, ISPs & internal teams
• Rotate through a 24/7 shift schedule
• Contribute to runbook documentation & process improvement

What You'll Need

• 1+ year experience in Technical Support / NOC / IT Operations
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field
• Hands-on Linux (Ubuntu) experience
• Solid networking fundamentals and familiarity with ticketing systems
• Able to work rotating shifts 24/7
• Fair English communication
