NETWORK EXPANSION ASSOCIATE (JAPANESE/KOREAN SPEAKING)
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

About The Role
As an Associate in the Network Expansion Team, you will act as a strategic knowledge broker between global decision-makers and Japanese or Korean industry experts. You will support outreach efforts, identify key experts to bridge client knowledge gaps, and proactively expand our expert network in the region.

About The Role
As an Associate in the Network Expansion Team, you will act as a strategic knowledge broker between global decision-makers and Japanese or Korean industry experts. You will support outreach efforts, identify key experts to bridge client knowledge gaps, and proactively expand our expert network in the region.
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
- Brief Analysis & Research: Deconstruct client project briefs to pinpoint critical knowledge gaps, conducting high-level corporate and industry research to target top-tier Japanese experts.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Leverage professional tools including LinkedIn, email channels, and direct cold-calling to establish contact with industry leaders.
- Rigorous Screening: Critically vet potential advisors to evaluate their relevance and capability to resolve specific client inquiries with quality assurance.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Apply critical thinking to execute rapid industry assessments, identifying leading specialists equipped with exact background knowledge.
- Persuasive Communication: Engage prospective advisors across telephone and digital touchpoints to verify domain expertise before facilitating client introductions.
- Knowledge Brokering: Serve as an essential connection hub between premier international clients and specialized Japanese and Korean domain experts.
- Project Execution: Manage concurrent engagements while sharpening essential capabilities in client persuasion, task prioritization, commercial negotiation, and stakeholder dialogue.
- Client Orientation: Maintain a dedicated service focus to consistently surpass client expectations and offer meaningful strategic insight.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience, preferably in client service, account management, research, or related entry-level professional roles.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification in any discipline.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Japanese or Korean (written & spoken); intermediate in English.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, research, critical thinking, and organizational skills to manage concurrent tasks efficiently.
