.NET Developer (Middle/Senior)

Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development, with the ability to work independently on assigned modules/features.

• Proficient in .NET (C#) and experienced with Node.js; hands-on experience building real-time applications using WebSocket technologies such as SignalR, Socket.IO, or equivalent.

• Experience working with at least 2 of the following databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch. Understanding of schema design, writing optimized queries, and handling basic caching requirements.

• Experience using Docker for development and deployment; basic understanding of Kubernetes and Microservices architecture. Experience working on projects using this architecture is a plus.

• Able to read logs, debug, and monitor systems using tools such as ELK, LogCenter, Grafana, Kibana, or equivalent.

• Familiar with CI/CD processes such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc., and basic DevOps practices including automated build, test, and deployment.

• Basic knowledge of AI/ML: understanding general machine learning concepts and knowing how to integrate AI APIs or existing models such as OpenAI, HuggingFace, chatbots, recommendation systems, etc. into applications. No requirement to build or train models from scratch.

• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to clarify requirements with BA/QA and collaborate effectively with other team members.

• Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to proactively propose technical solutions for problems of moderate complexity.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and receive feedback from Tech Leads/Senior Engineers.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on medium- to large-scale projects with real-world request traffic and data volumes.

• Experience working with distributed systems in a developer role.

• Experience participating in projects involving AI integration, such as chatbots, OCR, recommendation systems, semantic search, etc.

• Experience writing unit tests and integration tests, with a strong focus on code quality.

• Knowledge of message queue technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka is a plus.
