About the Role

We are seeking versatile, product-minded Mobile Developers to join our engineering team. Whether you are a Middle Engineer (4+ years) or a Senior Engineer (5+ years), we value your ability to turn raw concepts from a blank canvas into seamless, high-performance mobile applications. You will play a key role across the entire product lifecycle—from architecture and design to deployment and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full development lifecycle, including conceptualization, architecture design, testing, release, and continuous maintenance.
• Efficiently integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs to deliver rich mobile experiences.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, scope technical solutions, and plan new features.
• Translate design specs into responsive, intuitive interfaces that meet client requirements and accessibility standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, ensuring both new and legacy applications meet high-quality standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging mobile tech, frameworks, and protocols to recommend proactive improvements to our stack.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in at least one key mobile development language (Swift, Kotlin..).
• Hands-on experience with cross-platform frameworks or native mobile SDKs (iOS/Android).
• Deep understanding of mobile design patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture), responsive layouts, and accessibility guidelines.
• Familiarity with Git version control systems, modern CI/CD pipelines, and automated build workflows.
• Proven track record of publishing, managing, and maintaining apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Passion for app usability, periodic performance testing, and user-centric design principles.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively across cross-functional product and engineering teams.
