Job Description
Develop and optimize mutual fund distribution products:
- Research user needs, retail investor behavior, and investment trends to design optimal features and user experience (UX/UI).
- Propose and implement suitable investment products (bond funds, ETFs, flexible funds, etc.) on the platform.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to build, test, and launch new features (buy/sell, recurring investment, investment wallet, NAV tracking, portfolio tracking).
Work with fund partners and management companies:
- Proactively connect and coordinate with fund management companies to onboard products onto the platform.
- Monitor product performance, analyze user investment data, and recommend portfolio improvements.
- Support operational processes, reconciliation, and API integration with fund partners.
User experience & growth:
- Design effective user journeys (user flow) to shorten onboarding time and reduce drop-off rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to design investment campaigns tailored to different user profiles (risk profile, financial goals).
- Track key metrics (AUM, transactions, churn rate, conversion rate) and propose growth initiatives.
Compliance & legal:
- Ensure all features and content comply with regulations from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
- Work with the legal team on contracts, disclosures, and risk management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in open-end fund, investment, digital banking, or digital financial products.
- Preferred: experience with mutual funds, ETFs, or prior work in investment platforms, e-wallets, or robo-advisors.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investor behavior, and mutual fund products.
- Skills in product analysis, documentation, and collaboration with UI/UX and technical teams.
- User-centric mindset, strong communication, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred: CFA certification, securities practice license, or solid finance foundation.
