Job Description
Role Overview
- Participate in network operations and development for GreenNode Data Center.
- Collaborate with team members to manage, maintain, and deploy/enhance network techniques to meet product requirements.
- Monitor and supervise network to detect and resolve incidents during operations.
- Prepare deployment, analisys reports and draft comprehensive system documentation.
- Design, deploy, optimize, and manage large-scale Network and Data Center infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Center Design & Deployment: Design, plan, and scale Network architecture and resources for Data Center clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, stringent security standards, and traffic flow optimization.
- AI Network Infrastructure Operations: Support the planning process and actively participate in the design, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure for AI Data Centers. Engage in major projects related to building AI infrastructure.
- Multi-Vendor Equipment Administration: Directly configure, optimize, and maintain the network equipment ecosystem across the Data Center, including Core/Edge Routers, Spine/Leaf Switches, and Next-Gen Firewalls from various vendors.
- Network Management: Manage IP planning, ASN allocation, and complex BGP architectures. Design traffic engineering policies and control traffic flow within the Data Center environment.
- Network Automation: Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate configuration deployment and device monitoring. Write scripts and build automated configuration management tools to standardize infrastructure, reducing deployment and troubleshooting time.
- L1-L4 Troubleshooting: Analyze, isolate, and resolve complex network incidents across Layer 1 to Layer 4.
- Escalation Point: Act as the primary contact and coordinate with team members to support the resolution of critical and emergency network incidents on a 24/7 basis.
Key Requirements:
1.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field (a major in Computer Networks and Data Communications is a strong plus).
- Candidates holding professional certifications such as CCNP, CCNP-DC, CCDP, JNCIS-ENT, JNCIP-DC, or JNCIP-SEC are highly preferred.
2.Technical Expertise (Knowledge)
- In-depth knowledge of routing and switching protocols: OSPF, OSPFv3, BGP, VLAN, EVPN, VXLAN, MLAG, Routing policies and related Data Center Networking technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of building and implementing IP Fabric network.
- Security: Solid understanding of network security, network operation procedures and standards.
- Strong proficiency with Next-Gen Firewalls.
- Strong grasp of essential AI Network technologies: RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCEv2), InfiniBand, QoS, and load-balancing techniques. Knowledge of Cloud networking is an advantage.
- Understanding of the hardware architecture of high-end network equipment.
- Working knowledge of Python scripts, YAML, XML, Infrastructure as a Code (Ansible, Terraform) are highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of AI agent, AI models, AI tools, MCP are preferred.
3.Skills

- Proactive, agile, and eager to learn new networking technologies and knowledge to meet operational or business demands.
- Disciplined, honest, and detail-oriented.
4.Experience
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in handling major switching, routing, and hardware incidents with cross-service impact.
- Hands-on experience designing or operating large-scale networks utilizing high-end equipment.
- Experience of working in/with ISP or Data Center services.
5.Others
- Willingness to travel for business or work on-call/shift schedules as required.
