Senior/ Middle AI EngineerJOB DESCRIPTIONWe&aposre looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our fast-growing team and help drive innovation within our Free Ad-supported Streaming Television (FAST) ecosystem across Asia Pacific. In this full-time role, you&aposll be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our products and services.
- Designing, developing, and deploying AI/Machine Learning models to optimize various aspects of our FAST platform, including content recommendation, ad targeting, and user engagement.
- Identifying opportunities for AI integration to improve efficiency, personalize user experiences, and create new revenue streams within the SeaOvers FAST ecosystem.
- Conducting research and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML to ensure our technologies remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Working with large datasets to train and validate AI models, ensuring data quality and model performance.
- Contributing to the entire AI lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
- Working effectively within a team of AI engineers, leveraging collective expertise to create significant value for the business.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor&aposs degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (Middle: 2+ years, Senior: 4+ years) in designing, developing, and deploying AI/Machine Learning solutions in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of various AI/ML algorithms and techniques (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, reinforcement learning).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficient in at least one of the cloud services AWS, GCP, Azure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong commercial mindset able to identify how AI solutions can address market needs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Good command of spoken English is essential (IELTS 6.5 or higher). Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
