GenAI Fullstack Engineer:

Role Overview

We are looking for hands-on GenAI Fullstack Engineers to design, prototype, and deploy AI-driven solutions that improve internal business processes. This is a small, implementation-focused team. Engineers are expected to work directly on the solution and be able to independently drive a project with a Technical Leader and/or 1–2 other team members.

Sample Project Scopes

• HR Agent – Build and deploy an AI assistant for HR inquiries, including LLM integration, RAG/knowledge retrieval, conversation flow, and backend integration.
• Power Automate Integration – Implement automated reporting and business workflows using Power Automate, APIs, Python/TypeScript, and enterprise systems.
• Legal Agent – Develop an AI system for customer contract review, document processing, structured extraction, analysis, and workflow integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement GenAI applications hands-on from prototype to production.

- Develop AI pipelines including LLM integration, prompt orchestration, RAG, document processing, APIs, and business-system integration.

- Build backend services, connectors, automation workflows, and supporting components using Python or TypeScript.

- Troubleshoot and optimize AI pipelines for accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost.

- Work directly with the Product Owner to understand requirements and translate them into working solutions.

- Take technical ownership of a specific component or pipeline and be able to explain its implementation in detail.

- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation while maintaining code quality and engineering standards.

Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.

- Practical experience building and deploying GenAI/LLM applications.

- Strong hands-on experience in at least one technical area such as: LLM / Azure OpenAI integration, RAG and vector search, AI Agent / orchestration, Document AI / information extraction, Backend/API development, Power Automate / workflow automation, Enterprise system integration

- Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI Services.

- Experience with Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio, including Chat Agents or Orchestrators, is highly desirable.

- Experience using Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, or similar AI-assisted development tools.

- Ability to work independently in a small engineering team and deliver working software.

Communication

- Good English communication skills for daily collaboration with international stakeholders.

- Able to understand technical questions precisely and answer the question being asked, rather than only describing previous projects at a high level.

- Able to communicate implementation details clearly with Product Owners and Technical Leaders.
