Participate in the process of requirements assessment, solution/product development.
Create test plan/test strategy, responsible for product quality.
Plan test, and control the test progress of members and projects.
Create test design / perform system / product testing.
Create and perform acceptance test of products developed by other units.
Analyze bugs, evaluate, report product quality to PM/manager.
Collaborate with other engineers, UX designers, QC and Product Managers to deliver high-quality, immersive experiences.
Requirements
Possess a bachelor's degree in IT/Mathematics/Computer Science or equivalent professional/technical experience.
At least 3 years of experience in software testing, especially for web/mobile application systems.
At least 3 years of experience in API/Postman testing.
At least 3 years of experience working in full lycle projects (built from SRS) with complex operations.
Experience in making test plans, test strategies for the project. Experience and in-depth knowledge of test design.
Experience In Training / Managing Other Test Members.
Having in-depth experience in function test, non function test, test stages (IT, ST, regression test).
Experience in analyzing, evaluating and reporting on product quality.
Knowledge of SQL and proficient use of SQL.
Good problem solving, organization and time management skills.
Quickly adapt to new environment, good research ability, good team work.
Having worked on systems such as CRM, MARKETING, SALES is an advantage
