Analyze and gather business requirements from clients and stakeholders
Analyze, assess feasibility, and propose solutions for business requirements
Write clear and detailed requirement specification documents (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
Create wireframes, mockups, and business process diagrams (workflow, use case, data flow)
Work closely with Dev and QA teams to ensure products meet requirements
Review and verify functionalities after development (UAT)
Support the team during product deployment and operation
Participate in client meetings and product demonstrations
Requirements
Experience:
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working on software/web application/mobile projects
Experience working in Bodyshop/Offshore model is a plus
Professional Skills
Proficient in business analysis techniques and technical documentation
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Proficient in using tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma/Sketch, MS Visio
Ability to read and review SQL queries, database design (advantageous)
Understanding of UX/UI design principles
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
