Job Description

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.

Experience in sales, trading, or business development within industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors is preferred.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support commercial decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

Negotiate commercial terms and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.

Prepare business reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.

The Successful Applicant

Chinese & English languages are required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related commercial function.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Commercially driven with a track record of achieving business targets.
