Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Pho Noi B Industrial Park, Hung Yen.

1. Closely monitor key activities in the customer calendar and plan the subsequent activities with the internal teams to fulfil the customer expectation by the required delivery dates.

- Follow up on production orders from the customer

- Negotiate terms such as delivery dates based on time and action that takes account of the sample process

2. Ensure availability of adequate raw material stock, manage inventory, provide accurate, timely & complete data on procurement and follow up on all payments to suppliers

3. Ensure smooth order management function by implementing a time & action plan for all related activities and share information with all relevant stakeholders

4. Address all production related issues, by coordinating with the right technical personnel in a timely manner to minimize the loss

5. Attend to the shipping arrangements & all related documentation to ensure timely delivery

6. Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management

Qualifications

  • University graduate in Garment Technology, Business Administration, International Economics, or related fields.
  • 24 years of experience in a similar role (experience in garment manufacturing is an advantage).
  • Fluent in English across all four skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure; proactive, eager to learn, and committed to excellence.
